General Rules

- Duels take place in Hell difficulty in the Blood Moor area.
- Good manners, this includes no naked killing.
- No hacks
- Respecing is not allowed before/during duels.
- Allowed charges are: Enchant, Oak, Venom.
- Mana potions are allowed (except on ES sorcs)
- The duel starts once everybody said "go"
- Precasting venom and ES from stash is allowed.
- Replenish life is capped at 40
- Mana stack is allowed
- Max 1x 451 psn charm
- Max 35% slow
- No mercs, healing potions, rejuvation potions
- Recasting spells is always allowed

The Agree Rule
- If both parts of the fighting forces agree that something is allowed then it will be.
In 1vs1 both players agree but in TvT ALL players must agree to this change.

Tour rules
- Might be different from these general rules, make sure to read the rules of the tour before participating.

Absorb/Resistance Rules

-No limit on stacked resists unless said otherwise
-Max 10% maximum res or 20% abs and 5% maxres unless said otherwise
-90 fireres is allowed on all chars
-2 ravens are allowed if you don't have over 80 (absolute maximum) stacked resists
-Tg is allowed on all chars

Class-specific rules

Necromancer

- In NvN, Bone spirit and Teeth are not allowed.
- Bone wall, Bone prison, Revives and curses other than amp/lr are not allowed

Assassin

- Dual claw assas may use max 5% maxres. Absorb other than raven is banned

Paladin

- Holy freeze is banned, except in smiter vs barb/smiter vs smiter
- Healing auras are banned
- Resist auras count in absorb/maxres rules
- Cleanging may be used shortly if amplified, but is not allowed to use to gain life back.

Druid

- Cyclone armor doesn't count as absorb or maximum resist

Barbarian

- Standard rules apply

Amazon

- Slow missiles are not allowed
- Max 10% slow allowed with amazons and against amazons

Sorceress

- Energy shield builds can't use any absorb or maxium res, have life rep capped at 30 and may not use manapots
- over 20 mdr/dr (not %) is banned
- NW is allowed even when it has a tiny bit of absorb
- Oak is not allowed if you use energy shield

Banned items

- Doom (allowed vs chars that are not IAS-based)
- Rising sun
- Griswold helm (allowed if you are a full griswold set paladin)
- Blackoak shield
- "hybrid" or "bug" runewords which are not created by blizzard.

TvT rls:

Tvt

- standard rules

Fpk

- Only trap assassins, wind druids, 2 weapon ww barbs and bone necromancers allowed, 1 of each on both teams
- Prison allowed in 3v3/4v4
- Lower resists curse banned

Rpk

- No sorcs
- Max 2 of the same class which are on different teams
- Max total 2 sins+amas (so 2 sins OR sin+ama OR 2 amas) which are on different teams
- Prison allowed in 3v3/4v4
- Lower resists curse banned
- Healing auras banned, cleansing allowed to get rid of amp but nothing else
